7 Springs Trail Run 2026
A community-hosted off-grid mountain race in southwestern Oregon

- 4:30 p.m. — Registration / check-in
- 5:00 p.m. — 1K
- 5:30 p.m. — 5K
- 7:30 p.m. — Potluck
Reserve a Shirt!
Race-day T-shirts are a suggested donation of $25 each, with all proceeds going to the community road fund. If you have not reserved a shirt, sizes are first come, first served on site.
About the race
The 7 Springs Trail Run is an annual event held in the mountains of southwestern Oregon in an off-grid community sometimes called the 7 Springs Ranch.
There is a 1K walk or run for ages 13 and under, and a 5K walk or run for all ages.
The 2026 run will be the ninth annual race!
Awards
Awards include:
- 1K 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- 5K overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- 5K women’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Course
The course is hilly on a combination of dirt roads and singletrack trail.

About a 30-minute drive from Roseburg, OR.
